The state of Oregon passed House Bill 4213 which "prohibits residential and commercial evictions under specified conditions during emergency period." This effectively halts evictions in the state until at least the end of September.

There is a moratorium on evictions, as well as late fees and penalties in Oregon, but you are still required to pay rent if you can. If you are unable to do so, contact your landlord and attempt to make arrangements. A housing office in Timberline Lodge or for your county may have access to additional resources for rent assistance.
