The state of Montana has suspended eviction proceedings. In addition, an Emergency Housing Assistance program has been implemented to help those who have been hit the hardest by the pandemic. First, though, contact your landlord and try to reach an arrangement directly. A housing office in Roy or your county may have other resources for rent assistance.
