The library is located at the west end of the Front Range Community College campus. It is a joint public-academic library open to everyone. In addition to regular library services, users can also check out bike locks year round.

College Hill Library is the repository for certain issues of the Westminster Window, a local newspaper. The repository may contain both print and/or microfilm for viewing in the library. The library's microfilm reader is located on the 1st floor
