Spruce Pine Public Library

Mission:
To enrich the educational, recreational, informational and cultural lives of their patrons. In order to pursue this mission, public libraries/services must recognize the diversified communities within the tri-county area served by their public libraries. Public library services are to be accessible and collections are to be comprehensive with easy access for all learning levels.

Vision:
Each of the libraries in the Regional System will be a focal point in the community it serves, an inviting place that people of all ages, interests, and abilities will turn to for entertainment, information, cultural enrichment, and friendly assistance in finding and using the resources available to them.
