Marcellus Free Library

The Marcellus Free Library makes accessible to the community, its facilities and its print and non-print materials for recreation, information, and education, while actively promoting appreciation of books and learning. A particular emphasis is placed on encouraging the interests of young people through library programs, services and materials.
