About Us:

From its humble beginnings in a tiny storefront in the Newgate shopping center to its present-day facility, the Centreville Regional Library has been serving the Centreville community since 1970.

Providing a wide range of library services and programs to a diverse community of young, growing families, the library offers something for everybody. With stories and activities for preschool and school-age children, book discussion groups, a variety of educational programs for teens and adults, and public Internet access, the Centreville Regional Library is dedicated to providing the kinds of library experiences the people of Centreville appreciate. These are supported by a professional staff and a book collection of approximately 130,000 items including large print, recorded books, and Spanish and Korean language materials.

Always looking to the future, the library has not forgotten the rich history of Centreville, with the famous Willoughby Newton stone boundary marker and other historic artifacts on permanent display. Partnerships with the Historic Centreville Society and the Bull Run Civil War Round Table continue to remind us of the value of the past and its lessons for the future. Visit the Centreville Regional Library today and enjoy.
