Mission

Our library is committed to a small-town atmosphere that focuses on supporting patrons. We pride ourselves on being able to have one-on-one interactions and knowing people by name.

About

Butler Public Library has been serving the Village of Butler (Wisconsin) as well as other patrons from a variety of neighboring counties since 1964. 

The library is one out of the 16 member libraries of Waukesha County.

As of December 2008 we are in the new location thanks to the Very generous support (and funds) of the local community.
