There is a moratorium on evictions through June 22, 2020.

Probably not until June 1, 2020. The North Carolina Supreme Court effectively suspended evictions in the state by delaying filings. If you are unable to make your rent payment, try and work something out directly with your landlord, and contact the local housing authority that serves Lowland or your county for assistance.

For more information, locate your Lowland, NC area Housing Authority on the North Carolina HUD website.
