The governor of Pennsylvania has extended foreclosure protections until August 31, 2020.

Pennsylvania has declared a moratorium on mortgage foreclosures until July 10, 2020. State or local housing authorities may be able to offer advice or assistance.

The judiciary in Pennsylvania has issued an order suspending mortgage foreclosures. Programs through the federal government and many lenders offering forbearance or deferment for COVID-19-affected borrowers are applicable to most of the mortgage loans in the state.
