Factors that put you at high-risk for experiencing more severe complications from the novel coronavirus include:

• Age – Those aged 65 years and older are at higher risk
• Chronic lung disease or asthma
• Heart conditions
• Immunocompromising conditions (cancer treatment, smoking, bone marrow or organ transplants, immune system deficiencies, immune weakening medications, etc.)
• Severe obesity
• Diabetes
• Chronic kidney disease and those undergoing dialysis
• Liver disease
• Pregnant women
