As long as you are doing your best to practice social distancing and you are keeping grocery store trips to a minimum, it's not imperative that you change or wash your clothes after returning from the grocery store. Viral droplets are the cause of coronavirus transmission, but they are likely to fall to the ground rather than stick to your clothing. Just remember to wash or sanitize your hands after you have left the store.
